The Plan: Enhancing
Bayside’s Future

OneNorth has been designed to be in harmony with Bayside’s recently completed Comprehensive Plan. Potential for further development in Bayside is limited, and the OneNorth development represents an opportunity to make a thoughtful and long-term contribution to the community.

The elevated architecture and lush landscaping will be beautiful on their own, but they will also enhance nearby properties, which helps maintain high property values for Village residents. We call that a true win-win.

OneNorth is community-focused, so big box stores need not apply. Beyond offering a redefined way to live in Milwaukee’s North Shore, OneNorth will be become a local place to shop, eat, and gather. Residents can discover and support eclectic small businesses that are just as invested in being part of Bayside’s future as we are.

In addition to boutique venues, our meticulously manicured plaza will center OneNorth.  This community green space will be a welcoming, bustling space where friends and family can gather for coffee, walk the grounds, read a book, work out, shop the stores, or simply relax.  OneNorth will curate local, authentic restaurants, including those offering health and convenient choices for all ages.

Neighborhood

Bayside and its surrounding North Shore communities offer an unparalleled combination of high-end amenities, modern convenience, and comforting safety within a physical landscape of lush lakeside parks, private retreats, walkable districts, and easy access to transportation.

Boutique shops, recreational trails, quaint farmers markets, swanky spas, top-rated athletic and country clubs, and incredible neighbors form the one-of-a-kind backdrop for OneNorth.
